Online card payment
Payment by Visa or Mastercard bank card through a secure payment gateway. The transaction is protected by the 3D Secure protocol. Funds are received instantly, the order is confirmed automatically.
Bank transfer
Payment to the account of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity. Suitable for large orders or when purchasing on behalf of a company. After receipt of payment, we ship within 1 business day.
Requisites are provided in the order confirmation or upon request to order@сoinshop.com.ua.
Delivery across Ukraine
Nova Poshta
The main delivery method. We send to the address or to a Nova Poshta branch. Delivery time is 1–2 business days across Ukraine. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's rates depending on the weight and location.
Ukrposhta
An alternative option for locations where there are no Nova Poshta branches. Delivery time - 3-7 business days.
Safe packaging
Coins are fragile and valuable goods, so we pay special attention to packaging:
- Each coin is placed in an individual capsule or protective holder
- The capsules are fixed in a foam or cardboard insert
- The insert is placed in a strong cardboard box
This packaging system withstands normal transport loads and protects the coins from mechanical damage.

Parcel insurance
All shipments are declared with the real value of the goods. This means that in case of loss or damage of the parcel during delivery, the carrier will reimburse the declared value. We recommend indicating the real value for expensive coins.
International delivery
International delivery is agreed personally with the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if:
- the coin was damaged during delivery
- the product has a manufacturing defect not specified in the description
Coins that have been removed from the original capsules or packaging after receipt are not eligible for return (except in cases of hidden defect).
