Obverse

The reverse depicts a portrait of Jacques Chirac with the inscription "JACQUES CHIRAC", "1932–2019" and the 12 EU stars on the outer ring.
Historical context
Jacques Chirac was born on November 29, 1932. He was elected mayor of Paris three times and president of France twice. He is famous for his "No" vote in Iraq in 2003. He signed the Amsterdam and Nice EU Treaties. He died on September 26, 2019.
