Obverse
The obverse side is built as a holistic scenography, where state symbols are combined with images of the issue theme. On the obverse of the coin, in the center of the composition, a self-portrait of Nil Khasevych is noticeable, executed in the artist's characteristic woodcut technique, which is distinguished by expressive graphics, contrasting linearity and dynamic hatching. The inscription NIL / KASEVYCH (in the center) denomination 2 with a graphic sign of the hryvnia and the sign of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (below). On the left side, the mirror surface shows: the small State Emblem of Ukraine, the year of minting 2025, the inscription UKRAINE (above). The careful relief and balance of the fields add to the product a collector's item. The state emblem in the composition sets the official tone and balances the decorative elements. The company emblem of the NBU Banknote and Mint emphasizes the official origin of the issue.
Reverse
The reverse side reveals the main image of the issue in expressive relief and a multi-layered composition. The reverse of the coin shows a symbolic composition of fragments of woodcut by Nil Khasevych, stylized as a banknote in the spirit of the Boffon. In the upper part of the matted field, the inscriptions are clearly visible: TO FREEDOM / NATIONS AND PEOPLE and 300 KRB / FOR THE FUND, which emphasize the role of the boffons in collecting resources for the resistance and are in line with today's practice of donations. The composition contains elements of the artist's graphics as a symbol of the economic, ideological and moral resource of the resistance. The careful relief and balance of the fields add to the product a collectible expressiveness. In the texture of the field, relief transitions are noticeable: from thin strokes to deeper areas that beautifully catch the light when the coin is turned.
