The coin is dedicated to the Ukrainian language — a living space in which memory, freedom, and daily care for each other sound. The plot and design details emphasize the theme: the roll of the circulating commemorative coins is dedicated to an integral part of Ukraine, defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, - the Luhansk region.
Obverse
On the obverse, the composition is readable at first glance: the official attributes of the state and the details of the plot work as a single whole.
