The commemorative coin conveys the idea of the issue through symbols, relief and expressive composition, which is pleasant to look at. Obverse

The careful relief and balance of the fields add to the product a collector's expressiveness. The state emblem in the composition sets the official tone and balances the decorative elements. The corporate emblem of the Banknote and Mint of the NBU emphasizes the official origin of the issue.
Reverse
The reverse is the central story of the coin: the symbols are arranged so that the plot “comes alive” under different angles of light. The reverse of the coin shows a colored embroidered ribbon (pad printing was used), symbolizing the nation's code and resembling DNA, which is a material carrier of genetic information, that is, it ensures the preservation, transmission and reproduction of information, and the inscriptions are clearly visible in an arc: 30 YEARS (in the upper part on the left side on a matte field) INDEPENDENCE OF UKRAINE (on the right side on a mirror surface). The careful relief and balance of the fields add to the product a collector's expressiveness. In the texture of the field, relief transitions are noticeable: from thin strokes to deeper areas that beautifully catch the light when the coin is turned.
Historical context
The plot of the coin is tied to an event or image that is important for Ukrainian memory.
