Obverse
On the obverse, the composition is readable at first glance: the official attributes of the state and the details of the plot work as a single whole. Sprouts of the ornament bloom in different directions from the naked woman, symbolizing the continuity of the tradition, its unceasing continuation by talented descendants. Her hands, masterfully wielding a needle, breathe life into the canvas, creating exquisite ornek patterns on it. The obverse of the coin shows the figure of the Crimean Tatar embroiderer Nagyshchy, a charming craftswoman, bending over the embroidery machine kergef (kergef), in the upper part there are the inscriptions UKRAINE (in an arc), below ORNEK / ОРЬНЕК, the small State Emblem of Ukraine (in the center between the inscriptions), the denomination 5 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, the year of minting – 2024 (on the right side of the craftswoman), as well as the sign of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (below, on the right side of the machine).
