The coin is dedicated to the Ukrainian language - a living space in which memory, freedom and daily care for each other sound. The plot and design details emphasize the theme: the roll of the circulating commemorative coins is dedicated to an integral part of Ukraine, defined by the Constitution of Ukraine, - Chernihiv region.
Overse
The obverse presents the theme through a combination of state symbols, inscriptions and finely thought-out relief. The obverse of the coin shows the small State Emblem of Ukraine (in the upper part) against the background of the ornament, the year of minting of the coin is indicated - 2026 (below) and the sign of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (on the right side) framed by an ancient Russian ornament. In the center, the inscriptions are noticeable: UKRAINE / 10 / HRYVENE (in an arc). The careful relief and balance of the fields add to the product a collector's expressiveness. The state emblem in the composition sets the official tone and balances the decorative elements. The corporate emblem of the NBU Banknote and Mint emphasizes the official origin of the issue. On the map on a matte field, which contrasts with the rest of the image, Chernihiv region is highlighted, emphasizing its belonging to a single state space in the upper part. The inscription CHERNIGIV REGION is visible around the circle, below – the motto of the series WE ARE STRONG, WE ARE TOGETHER. The reverse of the coin shows a stylized map of Ukraine with clearly defined administrative borders on a mirror surface.
