The commemorative coin conveys the idea of the issue through symbols, relief and expressive composition, which is pleasant to look at. The plot and details of the design emphasize the theme: dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the introduction of administrative justice in Ukraine - a key institution of the judiciary, which ensures independent judicial control over the activities of public authorities, as well as effective protection of the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens from violations by state bodies.
Obverse
The obverse is built as a holistic scenography, where state symbols are combined with images of the issue theme. Below the composition - the inscription UKRAINE, the year of minting 2025, the denomination 5 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, as well as the sign of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine. On the left, in a laurel wreath, the inscription 20 / YEARS is indicated, which emphasizes the anniversary date. Reverse
The reverse side reveals the main image of the issue in expressive relief and a multi-layered composition. On the reverse of the coin, the inscription RULE OF LAW is clearly visible on the mirror surface, reflecting the main principle of the activities of public authorities in a democratic constitutional state. The inscriptions are separated by stylized decorative elements in the form of circles. Along the circumference of the coin, on the matte field, the inscriptions JUSTICE and NEVER-FORGETTABLENESS are clearly visible - fundamental principles of administrative justice. Below is a composition with a column - a symbol of stability, inviolability and law and order, which ends with the scales of justice. The flutes of the column are shown in the form of a stylized trident, into which a sword is integrated, symbolizing the power of law, truth and protection.
